Roger Sholanki
SeedTwo was founded by Roger Sholanki after his $150 million USD exit at Book4Time—his third successful exit as a founder. With 30 years of experience, Roger has learned firsthand what it takes to build, scale, and exit successfully. But more importantly, he knows the hard lessons most founders don’t see coming—the missteps, distractions, and pitfalls that can slow you down and cost you in the long run.
That’s why he started SeedTwo—to help the next generation of founders scale smarter, move faster, and avoid the mistakes that derail great companies. But capital alone isn’t enough. SeedTwo is backed by a network of proven advisors and operators who help founders navigate sales, growth, marketing, operations, and beyond.
Kevin Patterson brings over 25 years of financial and operational experience, specializing in scaling technology companies. For the past 15+ years, he has served as a CFO and advisor, helping tech companies grow revenue, optimize systems, raise private capital, and position themselves strategically.
Previously, he spent a decade as a venture capitalist, investing in technology companies across all stages. He structured and executed numerous financings while serving on the boards of several portfolio companies, bringing a unique blend of investment and operational expertise to every company he works with.
Jason McFadden has 20+ years of experience turning startups into industry leaders, driving exponential growth, and building award-winning cultures—earning recognition from Inc. 5000, Profit 500, and Great Places to Work.
A successful founder with an exit from Halogen, Jason is also a recognized thought leader and sought-after speaker at major tech conferences, including Collision Conference, Elevate Festival, and SaaS North.
